Each strain of GUILT has a different music? I thought only the last operation had it's own music.

Actually, only "Savato" (and I guess "Bliss") have their own musics, as strains of GUILT.
The other GUILT (Kyriaki, Deftera, etc) have the same music in common.

Same with Stigma. The only one that gets its own music is Cardia.
Cheir, Soma, Brachion, etc, doesn't get the same luck.

Code Blue is just the name of the music. XD
This is Under the Knife's version of the music.
Like, it's just the basic operation theme. I love Under the Knife's one, in fact. So tense. xD
Second Opinion's version is equal to that one, but I'll post either way.
I'm still to play Second Opinion, though. xD

Funny story:
Once in English calss, this guy's cell phone went off and we're not supposed to have them in school so he ran out of the room to turn it off and the teacher's so nice that she just said "... I think Jeffery's being chased out of the room by a bunch of bees!" And we all started laughing.
