Re: Turnabout Whine (would you like some cheese with that)
It sucks, Lida. I know. My dog didn't make it in time to being put to sleep. He also had cancer. Lung cancer if I recall correctly.
- Spoiler:
- The part that scares me the most though, is that he died just as I was waking up from a nap.

*Hugs everyone (since most hugged me first)*
Thanks for trying to comfort me. I know he couldn't have lived the way he was. I was supposed to have read a novel by today, but I couldn't concentrate on anything. I'm better now. Kinda. Er...woke up this morning, almost expecting to have to walk over my dog to get out of the room...
Okay, someone else whine about something.

*hugs* Lida again.
I don't really have anything to whine about though. Well I guess my phone did have a seizure and die the day before yesterday. That's about all though.

Re: Turnabout Whine (would you like some cheese with that)
*Hugs Lida lots*
Okay, my turn. It's silly though.
I just spent like 15 minutes crying. I'm sad but I'm not actually sure why exactly. I think I'm really worried about the college I want to get into... I don't think I can do it. I don't do enough of the work and I don't feel smart enough.
Plus I've suddenly felt really lonely, even though I'm talking to so many people on MSN. But I guess it's not the same as having friends in real life. That's probably it.
But still, it's silly so whatever, I'll be better tomorrow. *Hugs* Hope you'll be okay soon, Lida. Infact, yes you will.

*Hugs Ema and Nintendo back*
Oh, come on, silly. You're smart enough. :D But I wouldn't know if you do enough work. I guess if you don't, that's more incentive to start doing work and doing it excellently. PERFECTION!
Yeah, that might be it. *Has nothing useful to say on this matter whatsoever*
*Hugs back again* I'm going to be just fine. Life goes on. It's just so...quiet now.

Re: Turnabout Whine (would you like some cheese with that)
I try to do 3 hours a day but I actually can't concentrate and I end up sitting there writing like a few things, unless it's on a really good day. Not today.
Being sad about your dog is completely normal, and yeah it is going to be quiet. It's just too bad all this happened. You're going to get used to it after a while, though. They died happily, knowing their owner cared so much for them. You must've been a good master. *Hugs*

Re: Turnabout Whine (would you like some cheese with that)
Th-three hours a day?! Geez, I hardly ever have work that takes that long...
CONCENTRATE!!! Why did the blonde stare at the orange juice container? Because it said CONCENTRATE! And that was no help whatsoever. ^_^
"You are good to me, Master." Or something like that.
Anyway, thanks. *Hugs back*

Re: Turnabout Whine (would you like some cheese with that)
I spent like 2 minutes staring at an orange juice carton at my mum's birthday party a few weeks ago, then realised I was staring at the word concentrate.
I have the shortest attention span ever, and it's even worse when I'm sad, so I've given up for today.

Re: Turnabout Whine (would you like some cheese with that)
Alright. That works. :D
Dance lessons: $5 each
Juggling lessons: 10 root beers, since that's what the instructor drinks.
Flute lessons: $50 each
Getting someone to spit out their drink: Priceless.

Re: Turnabout Whine (would you like some cheese with that)
Excellent question.
You know, I have little to whine about now. I just kinda feel unwanted because for this next speech, I need to have a partner, and it seems no one wants to partner up with me. And the person who is currently my partner couldn't have made it more clear that she'd rather not have me as her partner. She shot down my idea for the speech as soon as it left my mouth.
She'll grudgingly be my partner, but it still hurts a little to know how reluctant she is to be stuck with me.
