New members?

Yeah, I know this has come up before, but what do you guys think?

I know, I was against recruiting new people in the past, but this place has been dead. Like more dead than it ever has been. Maybe it's time to add some fresh faces?

Or maybe we can leave this place alone and start up something somewhere new? You know with more goals and what not?

I really don't know. I don't want this place to die out, but I think we're all busy irl and this place is slowing down. Some changes might be a good thing.

I've been checking this place pretty much every day waiting for someone to post - has everyone else been doing the same thing? I just assumed everyone was busy with exams or something. I'm happy to keep this place going as active as it used to be. Whether or not we have new members doesn't really matter to me, but it would be sad if this place died out. I love it!

I know of one person who I might invite, but she's nto really the forum type, I don't think.

Meh, it's not like a formal forum or anything. We're just a group of bros saying whatever the pterodactyl we want.

Well, what I'm thinking about maybe doing is starting a new one [if I can figure out how to do that] like I said earlier.
I think it might be good to have a fresh start.
I have some people who I can ask if they want to join, and we can build a forum off of everyone's ideas.
It could have a more open theme. You know this one was originally Phoenix Wright, the new one could just be... I dunno a place where a bunch of friends meet up and discuss common interests?
We could have areas for video games, animu/manga, music, and anything else enyone suggests. Maybe a roleplaying section? [I have some friends that are into it.]

I guess it would more or less still be THUG, just a new start for it, and maybe a bit more organized. We could actually get some contests and stuff going for it.

Sorry, I just kind of went crazy there and started typing things as they came to mind. What do you guys think though?

We could also discuss books! I haven't had a good book geek out in forever! Not online, anyway. XD.

I actually think it's an excellent idea. ^_^ The difficulty, of course, lies in the execution.

Well, I can look into things this week, as I should have some free time to do it. I would probably just stick with this website while making a new forum, maybe I can get Wunder's help :D

Why not brainstorm and we could vote. Or something. I'm crap with names so I'm not even going to bother. But I'm all for this once all the dirty work is dealt with.

Well I'm more or less making the forum myself. I want all the input I can get though because I want everyone to be happy with it.

As far as names go... yeah I've got nothing so brainstorming would be a good thing.

And if any of you guys think of anything you want on there please tell! just post it here or send me an email and I'll do what I can.

Oh and at the moment I'm working on making a forum just to experiment with things so I don't fuck up the actual one. I'll post a link to it here once I've finished with it.

I should just stay called THUG, I think.

Okay so I've played around with making a new forum using this site, and as long as it's in the phpBB2 format it's really easy to customize and stuff, so we can totally do this!

I know how to change pretty much everything you can see on the page though. The colors, the banner, the little icons, all of it. So really all that's left is for everyone to settle on a name and we can put this into action.

Let's call it Chocolate Breasts.

Haha well we were probably going to stick with a fairly general nerd theme. You know the usual stuff with video games, anime and manga, music, books and whatever everyone wants really.

Maybe an area fro roleplaying? So yeah that really doesn't narrow things down I guess. I dunno.

Well it would more or less be this but minus the original Phoenix Wright theme, since I know some people haven't even played Phoenix Wright, if that makes any sense.
