i think it's from the end of GS2 where Franzy teaches Adrian how to whip and from Adrian like being "you are my hero" to Franzy

Not exactly... spoilers below because I can't find the spoiler tag!!!

In 2-4 Adrian depended on Franzy because of her co-dependancy thing. And in the credits Adrian's in jail saying something along the lines of "I'm so glad I got to meet everyone! Franziska said that when I get out, she'll teach me how to use a whip!"
I think that's it.
