Nah. Some do, some don't. I can't speak Spanish, at least. D:
The official language is Portuguese. Strange thing is, you are not the only girl I've met that was under this impression...

Yes, it is. They are two similar languages.
It's possible that I would understand what a Spanish speaking person said to me, even without me having studied the language properly, for example.
Possible, but not necessarily true 100% of the time...

Only that, or are you forced to study other languages as well?
The only obligatory language here is English. XD
Though the few that schools teach of English was not enough to prepare me to talk properly...
I had to take a specific course. XD
It's been...6 years, now. o.o

We're not really forced to, but it's higly recomended though. I don't mind because I like studying other languages. I've taken four years of Spanish and I'm pretty good at it, and next year I'm taking Japanese

I like studying languages, like my Mom, but she complains she doesn't have any time for studies and all, until she retires, at least...which I think it will be this year, even.
By the way, Ema...what were you going to study for, again? As in, in which area will you work at?

Well I seem to change my mind all the time but the ideas I've been thinking about the most are forensic scientist(of courseXD), or English, Spanish,or science teacher. I would like to do something with photography too.

I am torn apart between being a lawyer or a programmer...but I'm more interested right now on the latter.

Actually, this dream didn't felt bad, as nightmares do. It felt OK. As if I was scared at first, but even so, calm on spirit...it's hard to say. xD

I've been having lots of dreams lately, but they've become rather vague...this was the clearest one I had in some time.

I had a dream that Abraham Lincoln was going to be reincarnated into a baby and somehow the scientists knew this so I was in the hospital watching. But he was born too small (lol) and didn't make it.

Yeah, I'm studying the Civil War in school.

(And for people who don't know who he is, he used to be a president of the United States during the 1800s and he wanted equality for everyone back when the south had slavery. He was a great president, and was really tall and wore a top hat, but was assasinated.)

Thanks for the consideration, Hippie. Well, I guess we are taught a bit about the United States' story, so I knew these few things. Not from anywhere else, though, excluding my own country, obviously...
That doesn't have a very interesting history, by the way.

Today I had a dream where I was a doctor and was operating SKD. o_o
It was weird because all the lights were out and there were lit candles all over the room. There was no nurse... but there was this wind that was helping me (yeah, don't ask me how, but he helped my movements).
I remember there were some weird tumors in his stomach...
And no, I didn't use the Healing Touch. Darn it! xD
