Well, I forgot how to activate a piece of equipment and had a hard time finding out information on the help...
And then a lady wouldn't believe me that it wasn't our service... and she was pretty unhappy about it...
And I just got really nervous and started feeling like I wasn't capable, so I had a hard time

I just kind of lost my nerve...
Which kind of brings me down... I was hoping to eventually end up doing what's called Tier 3... which takes escalated calls that the regular techs don't feel comfy handling... and irate customers....
But I don't think I have it in me. ><

I used to think that way about myself, actually it was pretty much last year. I changed a lot over the summer for some reason and now that I think differently, I've had like the best year ever.
A lot of people don't think it really matters, but it can actually make a huge difference.

What you think of yourself does directly effect you, this I do realize.
I know that if you tell yourself you're incapable of something, it's likely that your brain will believe you and you will be.

It's so true! Last year and the year before, I was barely passing my math classes because I told myself I couldn't do it. This year I decided I wasn't going to think that way anymore, and now I have like an A in the class.
