I have that on the GBC, but mine wasn't particularly good.

The Rugrats game on the PS1, the one on the PC and Rugrats Treasure Hunt on the N64, on the other hand... classics!

I dunno the Sims for handheld systems are usually just really watered down versions for the computer version.
If you want The Sims 3 just get it on the computer. It's lots of fun.
