Okay so we're going to try to do a game with out any roles or HPs or anything.

By playing the game, you agree to the following:

I, the undersigned, understand that by participating in this game, I temporarily give up any friendships, alliances, or pacts formed outside of the game, with or without express intent of forming an in-game alliance. I will not honor these outside alliances inside the game, and will not let them affect my actions.
In-game, the only players that can honestly trust me and be trusted by me, and expect to protect me and be protected by me, are those players officially listed as being part of my faction, regardless of my knowledge of their true affiliation. I will do everything in my power to further my faction's goals of TOTAL DOMINATION above all else.
I swear that I will not resort to metagame methods of information collection and dissemination. This includes but is not limited to screenshots of private messages, reading of the Dead Thread as a living player, employing nonplayers, using existing duplicate accounts or creating duplicate forum accounts for any in-game purpose, bribing or blackmailing the GM, et cetera.
I recognize that this agreement is in the spirit of sportsmanship and fair play, and that in-game actions are made with concern to in-game victory, and are not made with the intent to incite injury, insult, or vendetta. By signing up for this game, I am aware that becoming completely inactive during this game will not be tolerated. If there is any reason that I may be inactive for some period of time, I will alert the designated GM on the issue. I will also not complain to the Game Master on a current round in any disrespectful manner, and will hold my complaints until I am either dead in this game or until the round concludes.
I agree to not allow outside Friendships and Alliances to have a lasting affect my relationships in the game, nor will I have betrayals and Lies affect my relationship with people outside the game.
I will only benefit my faction via logical means. Encouraging and or threatening another player to break the rules or MAMA as a tactic is not permitted. If I am pressured into such a thing I will immediately contact the current GM.

If for any reason I am found to disagree with or act against the MAMA, or the spirit of the Mafia game, I accept that I may be instantly removed from the game without warning. Public admissions of breaking MAMA are prohibited, and such a matter should only be discussed with the GM.

If you believe you are incapable of following this directive, please do not play the game.

1. Only Living Players may view and post in the Living Thread.
2. Living Players may not view or post in the Dead Thread
3. Living Players and Dead Players may not speak to each other.
4. Living Players may not speak to non-Players.
5. Dead Players may view and post in the Dead Thread. They may only view the Living Thread.
6. Revived players may not reveal any information from the Dead Thread. Doing so will result in modkill.
7. Living players may not quote the GMs, with the exception of GM posts in the LT.
8. Every Day, Living Players vote for whoever they think is most suspicious. At the end of the Day, the Player with the most votes is Lynched and their role is revealed. Votes must be in a large font or they will not be counted.
9. Players may vote "No Lynch" if they do not want anyone lynched.
10. If the votes are deadlocked at the end of the Day, the day's Lynch will be randomly decided by the GM.
11. Phase Change will be at 11:00PM EST unless otherwise noted. Days will be 48 hours, Nights will be 24.
12. All players must agree to MAMA to play this game.
13. All players must be active. Inactivity for 72 hours will not be tolerated and will result in being kicked from the game.
14. Because Real Life sucks, any Roled player who has to drop out before the end of Day One will have their role given to a random member of their faction. Wildcards who have to drop out will have their Role given to a random Vanilla Townie. This includes any inactives who were given Roles.
15. Don't spam.

Roles:


Town:
Win Conditions: Eliminate everyone in the Mafia.
Loss Conditions: Outnumbered by the Mafia.

Vanilla Townie-No powers, just affiliated with the Town.


Mafia:
Win Conditions: Outnumber Town.
Loss Conditions: Eliminated by Town.

Vanilla Mafia-No powers, but every Night phase they send one vote on who to hit that night to the GM.

Living thread is where the game takes place. Dead thread is where people that are not playing can laugh and point at the people that are playing.
Since usually the roles are revealed in the Dead Thread the Livey's can't go in there, or I WILL KILL YOU!!

One other thing: normally there isn't a point to Night 1, so spam all you like. Just knock it off by Day 1.

A lone Townie was walking out late at night, trying not to be too noticeable so that the Mafia wouldn’t see her. Everything was the same as it usually was. The wind blowing, the stars shining-
Suddenly a hand reached out and snatched her.

The next morning another Townie got up and stretched. He rolled out of bed and started looking around, trying to see who got killed by the Mafia last night.
He checked the woods. No bodies hanging from trees. He checked the lake. No one doing the Dead Man’s Float. Having given up his search, he went into a café for breakfast.
When he walked inside, he screamed.

WunderbarPhalanges was lying impaled on a fork on top of a table.

He looked closer. Lying next to her was a note:
“Dead people like forks.”
Having no idea what that meant and not hungry anymore, the Townie went to find the others.
